OUR COMMITMENT TO QUALITY

At JDG Engines, we stand behind the quality of every outboard motor we sell. We offer a limited warranty on all products to give you peace of mind and confidence in your purchase.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

We offer a 90-day warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects

• Internal mechanical faults

• Faulty workmanship

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper installation

• Cosmetic wear and tear

• Damage due to lack of maintenance or operation outside manufacturer recommendations

• Damage caused by water ingress due to user negligence

ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS

This warranty applies to all outboard motors sold under the following brands:

• Yamaha

• Tohatsu

• Suzuki

• Mercury

• Evinrude

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

To submit a warranty claim:

1. Contact our support team at info@jdgengines.com within 10 days of receiving your order.

2. Include:

   • Your order number

   • Date of purchase

   • A clear description of the issue

   • Supporting photos or videos of the defect

3. Our team will evaluate your claim and may request additional information if needed.

If your claim is approved, we will:

• Offer a replacement, repair, or full refund

• Cover any shipping costs associated with approved warranty returns

REPAIR & REPLACEMENT PROCESS

Approved claims may result in:

• Free repair of the defective item (if applicable)

• Full replacement of the product

• Full refund if repair or replacement is not possible

Processing time for warranty claims is 5–7 business days after receiving the item at our warehouse.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

Please note:

• Warranty applies only to the original purchaser

• The product must have been used under normal conditions

• Any unauthorized repair or modification voids this warranty
